I was impressed by Trisha's presentation on AI and organizational change. She highlighted with clarity and conviction that successful adoption of AI is not just about technology, it's about people. Employees must be trained, retooled, and equipped to use AI efficiently, ensuring they are ready for the transformations ahead.
What stood out most was her emphasis on the human dimension: while AI can process data at incredible speed, it cannot replicate emotional intelligence. She reminded us that employee engagement, creativity, and empathy remain exceptional strengths in the workplace. Trisha suggested that the future of work will be defined not by competition between humans and AI, but by collaboration, where people bring emotional depth and adaptability, and AI brings efficiency and scale.
Her talk was both inspiring and practical. I left with a renewed sense of responsibility to prepare myself, not only by enhancing my technological adeptness but also by focusing on the uniquely human skills that AI cannot demonstrate. She challenged organizations to recognize both the immense benefits of AI and the irreplaceable value of their people.
Trisha is very passionate about youth empowerment and has clearly demonstrated this through her dedication to supporting and guiding youth in their development, and the resources she has created to help them on their path.
